Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – accepting all the parts that make you who you are even the parts that you can’t change ALL WHILE committing to the life that you want.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – recognizing your triggers and challenging the negative beliefs and doubts you have about yourself to create a more constructive, positive atmosphere.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – challenging and modifying unhelpful beliefs related to trauma that potentially stem from childhood experiences.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – a body-based technique that allows the brain to do what it knows how to do. EMDR helps clients who have experienced traumatic experiences to process traumatic memories that were stored incorrectly, correctly in a natural way.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) – it’s all in the name. It’s short, brief and we get down to constructing and developing solutions rather than focusing on your problems. This is where you ask yourself, “What is the first step that I can take to make this dream a reality?”
