What is coaching?

Coaching is a process that aims to increase the wellbeing and performance of a person by assisting in unlocking one’s potential while maximizing on their goals. Coaching is a form of conversation based on techniques and skills that assist clients in reaching goals rather than telling them what to choose.

What is the difference between life coaching and transformational mindset coaching?

While life coaching and transformational mindset coaching ‘cross lines’ and are used ‘interchangeably’ they are different. Coaching is the ‘umbrella’ that holds different specialities and niches of services. Life coaching operates as a way to clarify, discover and change actions and behaviors, while Transformational Mindset Coaches dig deeper in those approaches and create lasting shift changes.

How do I know that coaching is for me? Isn’t coaching and therapy the same?

Therapy is for those who are dealing with challenges that are better explained by a diagnosis and is followed up by a therapist who uses theories to help reduce symptoms, while coaching uses motivation, previous experience and encouragement to assist clients in overcoming obstacles that make it difficult to achieve goals that do not necessarily need/require a diagnosis. If you are looking to “break free” from the inner critic in you, then coaching is right for you!

– Six 50 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (biweekly)

– Progress and development reports
– Unlimited email access/text messages via google voice/virtual platform

Package C
” Let’s Get Conversational” k”

– Eight 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (biweekly)

– Intensive assessment
– Coaching worksheets and exercises during session
– Weekly homework assignments
– Progress and development reports
– Personal journal
– Unlimited email/text messages via google voice/ CRM access
– Access to “I am the Conversation” Workshop
– 60 minute 1:1 exit coaching session
