As a Qualified Supervisor, my goal is to provide you with a supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented environment where you can develop your skills as a clinician.

Shanice is deeply invested in the well-being of BIPOC communities, offering clinical supervision rooted in a culturally responsive, developmental approach. Her supervision style is guided by the Integrated Developmental Model (IDM), which tailors supervision based on your developmental stage as a clinician.

 

Through her journey in the PhD program in Counselor Education and Supervision, Shanice have strengthened her use of the IDM approach to help her grow at every phase of your professional development.

Supervision Rates

  • Individual Clinical Supervision: $75/hour

  • Group Clinical Supervision (2 or more people): $50/hour

  • Tape/Document Review and Production: $35 per 15 minutes
